Outline

Our research is mainly concerned with distributed operating systems and parallel and distributed systems.

Distributed (operating-)systems aggregate resources and provide a consistent view on hard- and software for a large set of machines. In particular we concentrate on developing consistency-strategies for replicated objects. Furthermore, we are also developing distributed fault tolerance strategies (--> current projects <--).
